Employees will have the option to enroll for medical coverage with two options to choose: Plan A and Plan B. The two plans enable the employee to decide on the plan that best suits the needs of the family and their budget.
The hospital gives employees the choice of dental coverage: DMO-dental maintenance organization or DPO-dental preferred organization with local and national networks.
Full-time employees are provided with a $10,000 life insurance policy. There will be the additional option to increase the coverage amount or include spouse/child(ren) with the difference paid by the employee.
The hospital offers employees coverage for short-term and long-term disability benefits. These plans offer flexibility in the coverage amount and premiums.
Long-Term Care is coverage to assist a family when assistance is needed with daily living activities, either at home or in a facility. The employee has option of benefits and coverage of eligible family members. The level of coverage determines the premium amount.
Other benefits made available to employees are discounted meals, credit union membership, direct deposit of your payroll, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, 401(k) retirement plan and other optional insurance coverage.
